MoveDay

Terms of use

Last updated 19 September 2026. Short, because you should actually read it.

In short: MoveDay is an exercise guide, not medical advice. Stop if something hurts. Use it at your own risk, and know that it comes without guarantees.

Not medical advice

MoveDay offers guided exercise routines for anterior pelvic tilt, with exercise explanations informed by published research. The app itself has not been clinically validated. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a doctor, physiotherapist or other health professional. If you have back pain, a disc problem, an injury, are pregnant, or have any condition that affects exercise, ask a professional before you start and follow what they say over what the app says.

Stop if something hurts

Mild muscle work is normal. Sharp pain, pain that shoots down a leg, numbness, or pain that gets worse during an exercise is not. Stop that exercise, skip it or end the session, and see someone if it does not settle. You decide what your body can do on a given day; the app only suggests.

Your account and your data

You can start without entering an email. Your routines and history stay on this device unless you choose cloud sync. If you enable it, the app creates or resumes an account and syncs your app data. You may attach an email to retain access across devices. You can stop syncing in Settings; this does not delete an existing account or data already sent. You are responsible for keeping access to that email. With your consent, the app also sends anonymous usage statistics that carry no identifier; you can switch them off in Settings. How your data is handled is on the privacy page, which is part of these terms.

What you may do

Use the app for your own training, on as many of your own devices as you like. Do not copy, resell or redistribute the app or its content, and do not try to break into it or into other people's accounts.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. It may have bugs, be unavailable, lose data, or change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage that comes from using it, including from following an exercise that was wrong for you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Paid features

Today the app is free. If paid features are added, their price, trial and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay, and these terms will be updated.

Changes and ending

These terms may change; the date at the top moves and the app tells you on the next start. You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data as described on the privacy page. We may close accounts that abuse the service.

Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you the right to a court closer to home.
